How do I send my photos for retouching?

We will provide you with a dropbox link where you can upload your photos, or you are welcome to provide us with your own link.

Can I request revisions to the retouched photos?

Absolutely! We offer a revision process where you can request one round of amendments to ensure the final images meet your expectations. Most revisions are included in the original price however it will take an additional 7 days if requested.

Will the retouched photo look natural?

Yes! We focus on achieving a natural look, ensuring that the final image maintains its authenticity while still enhancing its visual appeal. If you prefer a more dramatic change, we can tailor the retouching to suit your style.

Do you offer a free trial or sample retouching?

Yes, we can provide a sample retouching on 3 of your photos to give you an idea of the quality of our work. Contact us to discuss the details and get your sample.

What file format will my photos be returned as?

Your images will be returned to you as JPGs and also as PSD files if requested at no extra charge.
